✔️Additional House Rules:

- An offline short-term rental agreement must be signed following the booking confirmation. A security deposit of $300 will be held offline for two (2) days before check-in. The deposit will be released within fourteen (14) days after check-out, provided no damage to the property is identified.

- Please message us first if you are booking a same-day stay with us to make sure our cabin is ready for you to check in.

- No access to the hot tub or a swimming pool.

- City trash collection is scheduled on Friday, Saturday, and Monday. If you stay with us on these days, we ask guests to pull the trash bins to the curbside before 7 am on scheduled pick-up days.

- No refunds for storms, snow, and/or power outages. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. We recommend you come prepared with bottled water and non-perishable items

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
