Additional house rules:
- Must sign a rental agreement and a $1000 off-platform security hold upon booking. You must be 21 years or older to book.

- Please note, the cabin is in a private resort, a mile up the mountain. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended.

- The cabin has smart TVs that allow you to access your favorite streaming services. You will need to log in using your credentials.

- For safety and to ensure the best service from our cleaning and maintenance team, cameras are located at the front and around the cabin. There are no cameras inside the cabin.

- As you're in the mountains, you may encounter critters, bugs, spiders, and even bears (which are dangerous!). Please avoid approaching or feeding any wildlife. Do not leave food or drinks in your car, as wildlife may try to get in. Always keep vehicles locked.

- Absolutely NO smoking!!!! in the cabin. There will be extra charges if found smoking

-There are no refunds for storms, snow, or power outages. We recommend purchasing travel insurance and coming prepared with bottled water and non-perishable items

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
